By the letter of the law, they should? But the fact that wo0t remains an option for Heretics makes me think that the orgs have been told something specific internally

i saw his post about Wo0t and everyone was correcting him in the replies
and somehow ppl take him seriously
it would make sense to me that players on a previous roster wouldn't count against the import rule, but any new additions would have to be following the rules
i.e. TH: Benjy/Wo0t/RieNs aren't imports even if TH claims EU as their region, meaning they could bring in two more imports despite only Benjy being actually from the subregion. However, IDK if that's the actual rule it's just what makes sense to me
yeah thats how i remember it, but since nobody is talking about that im not sure if this rule is actually true
they count as imports but the team can be grandfathered in if it stays the same 5. for example, if LEV was partnered as LATAM South, their old roster with 3 brazilians (sato, spike, blowz) could've been allowed. however, since they dont have sato and kingg anymore, they need 3 LATAM players and can't pick up another brazilian
