This asunaphilia needs to STOP!! It’s like a mind virus spreading and rotting peoples brains causing them to lose track of reality.
He has always been a bad flex player but somehow people have deluded themselves into thinking he’s one of the best players ever. A lot of this love clearly stems from the ageism within the community. Older players like Assuna get love just because they’re old “good flex players” while “talanted” rookies just get excuses for their awful performances. This obsession people have with Asuna is so weird and gerontophilid
And now when he’s putting up world disaster class record breaking performances on Phoenix he’s getting even more love for not being able to play other agents that well. Idk about you but I’d love to have the best phoenix player itw on my team in the phoenix meta. Especially considering the fact that every teammate and coach he’s ever had has said that they loved working with him and that he helps the team out a lot.
This asuna love is irrational and dangerous and we need to stop it!!
