And i mean GOOD international coaching none of that Hvoya terrorism. They have the Funds to intice and invite proven coaches to join them and even though it might be really hard to believe, CN does infact have Talent. For every 20 BerLIN's, Nephh's or Whzy's theres 1 Crownfisher, CHICHOO and s1mon.
Now they cant sign Top coaches like Bonkar because they are locked in on wayyyyy better teams than CN could ever produce but a good option is Ewok. Dudes been overlooked he took a lost and beaten down Sentinels and made them semi competitive, not his fault the players shat the bed but he was a geniunly good coach. Zikz is another option, he could go there and cook something up im sure of it.
Another reason for them being so shit is that they play against shit too, theres no competition in CN its just goy slop v goy slop. Thats why these teams look so lost internationally because theyve never seen some of this shit before.
Once they get a taste for how the game is actually supposed to be played by a coach with strats and expereince from way better regions, CN will improve. 2027 alows for two import slots too which means 1 extra russian for CN teams.
Like imagine a CN team with a good international coach, 1 cracked russian player and 1 import IGL with 3 talented CN players. SURELY this team doesnt shit the bed internationally.
