here its at 6 am i just re-scheduled my life by sleeping at 10 pm and i can watch the games (i'm late now but tomorrow is saturday so who cares)
on the lowks they should just have the games in europe at a time where everyone can watch,
americas can watch it early in the morning, europe mid day and asia late at night
I don't care where the international is as long as the timezone is fine, like I know they won't be my home city anyways so I'll never be in person.
This would be the ideal for online viewership but they're probably more worried about catering to the in-person viewership, which means games always have to be later in the day local time so that people can watch the games after work
yeah, someone always loses in the current system, but at least for locals it's probably pretty nice.
but tbh, the schedule for regionals is already wack, vct americas starts at 4pm for me, but 2pm in LA where it's hosted.
ofc, entire 2021 & 2022 was all post midnight game for us. Ever since VCT CN was fully established now there's a rotation with pacific for every 2 years. 2 western & 2 eastern timezone international.
i'm in the usa rn but i just wake up early to watch. my sleep schedule accomodates morning anyways
