Chiwa is insane and waddle is heavily underrated and you just need an IGL tbf
both of them are good but kozzy has the choice of going to VIT and playing with chronicle/sayonara, or heretics and playing with riens/hiro. you're not choosing waddle/chiwa over either of those duos
