i mean CS regularly gets sold out crowds in countries that dont have a solid top team to make playoffs. even in singapore where there is no scene they sold out and will again this winter for the major. if there needs to be a local team for a big crowd thats very bad for riot.

thats exactly the point... Blast Porto sold out in the first hour because the crowd isnt dependant on there being a Portuguese team there
LEC roadshow without Mkoi is gonna be the exact same situation as this
