For context his stream is named 100L vs WG. (It is kinda funny ngl.)
So I love the dude and I do think he genuinely got fucked over, but I don't want him to burn any bridges.
He's been talking some shit here and there, and I don't want him to sever ties with 100T especially since there still is a chance later on he can play for them.
He said 100T was his dream org and I know they fucked him over, but the odds that Hiko retires soon(ish) and BabyJ takes Hiko's role isn't that slim. Especially with Ethan on Chamber BabyJ could later down the line be on 100T once again.

I think the chemistry with BabyJ was ok, I know in interviews that Ec1s and Ethan have different ways they wanted to play. Ec1s wanted to play patient and disciplined while Ethan and Hiko were both more traditional gameplay kinda like ranked with lower tier teams.

They didn't burn the bridges though. It was a team decision and they still did it respectfully. The only bad part about this cut was the time frame.

They didn't do it respectfully, maybe they did it as respectfully as they could have but at the end of the day that doesn't make what happened respectful. And the time frame is a factor of why it was disrespectful. The two tie into each other. Also, if management is completely determined by the players themselves instead of a dedicated management team then 100T is in more trouble than I thought. Two players got kicked after two matches. Ec1s spent more time on a plane than playing lmao. It's hard to imagine that there isn't at least a bit of bad blood from BabyJ. Especially considering what he said.

This being said, I understand your point and what you're getting at. It makes sense, no player should be voluntarily cutting off potential connections. Especially if it could net them a paycheck. But I think you're overreacting, esports is full of trash-talking and memes, and BabyJ has every right to shit talk 100T. And this is all over a title being 100L. Barely something to react about. It's hard to believe that when BabyJ says 100L he is saying it maliciously. It's just funny.

I personally think 100T fits perfectly, but if some manager decides to speak into nadeshots ears with an uninformed perspective i feel that is a big risk for babyj
As well as his pr record for future teams.

I think I bigger issue than players being hurt by 100T this one time is the future of players being hesitant to join 100T in the future if there’s a risk they’ll get dropped that heartlessly.

That’s entirely 100% not true and definitely not an absolute. What about someone like TenZ when he was on c9, someone like vanity when he was on v1, someone like YaBoiDre when he was on LG, someone like Marved when he was on FaZe, someone like Yay when he was on Andbox.
Yes they have a team but all of them were looking for other options and if 100t is looking to get players of that caliber they can’t treat their players like this.
