No. It happened from the second half of the second game. It was reversed since it started to happen, and I couldn't play the third game almost properly.

smth should be playing in JP being paid. Japanese are racist as fuck otherwise he would be living in JP now
I remember Blade and Soul tournament in JP server where they banned all foreigner that lived in Japan to not participe in championship also it happened in CrossFire during 2014 too.
Japan teams prefer to pay to shit duelist instead to invest into smth or someone else.
