IMO people are underrating DRX

I still believe DRX will be a threat to almost anyone because of how insane their mechanics are. They were in the most challenging group in champions with C9 and Fnatic and in masters 2 after dominating their group immediately had to face gambit. I don’t really understand the SEA > KR argument IMO from watching the games DRX could probably easily beat almost any SEA team rn.

I dont think anyone is tbh the only people who are saying anything like overrated and shit they are trolls i still believe vs/drx is one of the best teams in the world top 5 for sure.

DRX have won almost every scrim vs SEA teams to the point where PRX Benkai has said their VCT games were easier after they fought and learned from DRX.

how can you say group D was the most challenging group when KRU tossed fnatic and liquid 2-0ed C9, group B was way more stacked

i don't even see people overrating them, they are obviously very skilled but the type of team we can't gauge the ultimate skill level of until the actual events (which sucks because sample size at LANs are so tiny)

i'm glad to see the narrative shift a bit off of them because at champs especially it felt like a lot of the issues stemmed from pressure to uphold the reputation they garnered

DRX are properly rated right now. From what I’ve seen, most people think they are rated around 8-9th globally, which is fair

The more experience they get the more consistent they will be. KR has major potential, the region just doesn't have a lot of experience with tac shooters yet.

Better to keep them underrated rather than overrated tbfh

they have some good players and good set strats but huge issues with their gameplay and its not like they have insane amount of firepower they can just destroy every1 playing a simple game, good players but not quite top5 world material with this current roster

IMO drx vs is pretty good

properly rated imo, they have good set plays but struggle in mid round scenarios against eu/na teams

Top 10 team in the world for sure. They struggle a lot when they start losing control tho. Hopefully zest will bring them back up to that top 5 glory

They are 3rd in their group. They are the 10th best team in the world nobody is underrating them. SEA team is 6th place though you can't say they easily beat any SEA team because X10 is better than DRX. Once you get results people will give you credit. But don't come to Champions saying "we're the best team here" (stax) and go 1-2. And creating threads like this.
