Everything is going well, but then boom health issues / player issues / some outside factor fucks your squad in the ass causing you to just crumble? People talk about champs winner curse but i feel like this is the true curse

Nah for the level they were playing in 23 not making a single intl grand final is at least a nerf. They were moving different in 23 man, nearly made tokyo finals too.

Oh absolutely I think prx did a great job for the shit that was given and they're absurdly good at adapting to metas since they only really missed a lan in the tejo meta which was truly horrific for their play style.
I mean it's a lot of cope but I think if they had kept the form they had before the champs finals we could've at least made a grand final in 2024. I had hopes for champs 2024 but holy we are perma cursed in champs now.

i kinda get / agree with this, but in fnatic's case it's so "in your face" as if some mysterious force is holding them back from succeeding... Leo and Veqaj comes in mind, they were doing well but then boom some fuckass illness took them away
It feels like it's always us but AT the end of the day it's just how sports are in general
so many fnc players have had health issues that it can't be a coincidence anymore, the org's incompetence is definitely a factor
