Only because double duelist is meta but by no means is it abnormal lol. If anything the opposing pick would be viper who’s played as a senti in general and especially on this map anyways.
viper isnt a sentinel in that comp just because she has stopping power. her wall is used as a smoke to either scale A on attack or to smoke off b, part of a main and tree. viper doesnt have as much of a role as a site anchor compared to the kj/vyse and its just lazy to assume that viper is a sentinel in every comp
Her wall is also often used for solo lurks to find picks it is just as lazy to assume all of vipers use case is chalked up to her wall used in specific rounds… never did I claim she is a sentinel in every comp I said she is generally played as one. The stopping power, typically a role of lurking as well as being able to anchor create a play style that resembles sentinels.

double senti has never been the norm on this map regardless of any double duelist meta and no viper does not count as a senti pick
So do you genuinely just want them to play whatever comp is the most used on the map…? Like I they not allowed an ounce of innovation else it’s not “normal”? Viper for how she’s used absolutely does count as a senti pick. 90% of the time.

I never said that. I am asking if anything that is not the highest pick rates on the map being played is used then is the comp not “normal”
all I know is that an archetype as rare as double senti on lotus is definitely not normal
By what parameters… I think you will find it hard to identify a “normal” lotus comp under such strict parameters as you seem to have without essentially saying 70% of VCT don’t use normal lotus comps. At which point you have to question if that 30% can really be considered the norm…
