right now envy is not great but its progressing but likely many changes for 2027 in the continue through open qualifiers. here are my thoughts however i do not watch enough of Americas or envy.
Demon1 - Sentinel (he has played this a bit before and has filled for players like VGod, most likely he will play more chamber)
C0M - Initiator/IGL (I feel like he would work good in a team like this and managing strong up coming talent in VCT, also has that experience with demon1)
Ion - Smoker (has been his role during most his proper tier 2 profession, overall very good player waiting to be eligible)
Canezerra - duellist (im not sure how his relation with envy is since he has been dropped due to 1 year ban, he will also have to miss kickoff 2027. he is good but he might not be around till 2028)
Nightz - 2nd Duellist (in interviews says he loves the flashes and in his most recent game he saved the team with his yoru and pheonix moments.)

EDIT - obviously there is a lot of c0m Hate, but right now I am not sure on a tier 1 experienced player to assist these rookies. on the market there is eeiu however I think many teams will be after him. Crashies contract expires at the end of this year and he may be looking to go back to NA. not really sure who else
