Kap wanted narrate to play entry... he didn't even touch phoenix... at ANY point. Phoenix wasn't even meta and legit no one used him? Not a single phoenix pick at champs when these decision were made. What is this fanfiction you're cooking up don't make excuses for him he made awful choices.
