Cloud9 Fan Delusion?

After hearing the news about Immi I’m seeing an astonishing amount of C9 fans rushing to defend him? I’m so confused. I feel like 2 months ago they were screaming for his removal. Now they’re upset? To my knowledge he was not a very good coach and even in the podcasts and interviews I’ve seen he seems very “laid back” with his responses to criticism usually saying something along the lines of “we’ve just got to be better”. Which I understand but also my brother in Christ FURIA AND MIBR qualified to something before C9 did. EG WON CHAMPIONS like Idk. I’m not a C9 fan so maybe I just don’t get it.
