Why would rit0 bring back basically the exact same kit that made no one play him? Especially when he's probably in the best state he's ever been in and can actually be used in the current meta and ranked unlike previous iterations of him.
current harbor is a completely different agent compared to cascade harbour in how they play. If he had both cascades and the cove on a cooldown he would be too strong imo.
