If you have a student visa for a country that belongs to the Schengen area, can you use it to visit other Schengen countries for, let's say a 3 day visit for tourism purposes? Or are you restricted to the country you got the visa for?
For example, I get a student visa for Germany. Can I go visit the Netherlands, or Belgium, or whatever country that's there in Schengen zone?
