discourse as usual. And because of the nature of the topic obv it's gonna get political because of course. I think everyone should just go back to talking about the game or stfu.

??? Not what I said at all.
I said that the nature of the topic is bound to attract political discourse because of what it is and the modern day media surrounding it. I'm not saying that it's political to want to be treated normally regardless of your personal identity. But people WILL make it political whether you like it or not because of how intertwined the idea has been with politics in recent history.
I think people should be allowed to live how they want. But i do think that this kind of discussion on VLR of all sites will do nothing but breed toxicity. Like i said in my post, everyone should just shut up and go back to talking about the game.
Then maybe qqwe should learn to talk about politics with mutual respect instead of self sensor some subject for political reason
Impossible with today's internet culture. People only care about pissing other people off these days. Not everyone but it's clear that most people would rather start an argument than actually have a discussion.
