TSM tournaments next week

Per Dominic Kallas, the TSM main roster is participating in the YFP Winter Classic (21st-22nd) and the Knights Monthly (23rd-24th). Per coach/manager Apex177, TSM will be participating in “all of [the Knights weekly and monthly] events when possible,” including next week. This could imply that they’re competing in the Knights Weekly (25th) as well as the monthly. FaZe is competing in the YFP event and T1 is competing in the Knights Monthly.

The point: As a fan I think it’s cool that they’ll be playing, but they’re gonna catch so much shit no matter what. Imagine they lose a map or don’t win both events lmaoooo.

I think Wardell has a drive to compete and win something meaningful for once in his career. His best results in CS were B Tier wins, and he’s only won a couple A Tier tourneys in Val. The skill is there, playstyle idk. You could be right about Subroza though lol.

I don’t really like clogging the forum w TSM threads, but I felt this had enough info to be relevant. Hopefully we get TSM vs T1 and FaZe streams for the entertainment of the community.

Think a loss in a mickey mouse tourney would be a big push for them to actually work harder to improve. If they do well, then good. If they do bad, then they can learn to work harder imo.

no one cares if they go out in those tourneys e.g. trying new stuff. I think it's great that they're playing smaller events to get some reps in and finally qual for Stage 2 Challengers at least, maybe even Masters.

Good for them to compete. With that they can really look if it's still worth trying, instead of being months without tournaments and living just for the name.

They will catch hate no matter what. But I feel like in the long run it is certainly gonna help them. Look at teams like Rise n C9 they also played in these T2 tourneys consistently and now they are 2 of the best teams in the region. Its gonna be cool to see tsm play in these tourneys too.
