you dont really have to care about an event starting two weeks before basically champs qualifier if you actually have a fan base that makes you money unlike BBL
buddy china starts split 2 way before anybody else, split 2 starts in 3 days and they have to fly back to china and play in 5 days. Plus edg makes more money than all the turkish orgs combined so they don't care about the 600k potential prizepool if they win it all

EDG said before tourney they're just testing comps + they're playing with a coach. They don't need this money because they're the biggest CN org and gets a shit ton of money from merch sales.
