Yo bois this is serious now, every single time my crosshair is on the enemies' head when I'm peaking, i shoot and react first too, but I die because my character model is not stationary and movement error fucks all up, same with long range fights, my movement is so trash like holy fuck, now idk maybe I use my laptop's keyboard and not a physical one that could be a reason but can y'all suggest me something bro I'm tired of being so trash

maybe think consciously of when u want to stop and then shoot in that moment before u start moving again rather than moving and shooting and praying it is accurate

Yes. It won’t be perfect at first. No one has slow motion thinking that allows them to shoot and move perfectly. Instead, they build up that instinct by focusing on doing it. bit by bit, u get more comfortable with shooting correctly while moving.
If u don’t remind urself to focus on stopping when shooting, how do u expect ur shooting accuracy to increase?

u can always just get used to ur keyboard latency if it really is the problem. I highly doubt it is though
I think the sheer adhd of the game makes it seem like the ttk is much lesser than it is. Not saying its high but I've realized its actually a lot more than you'd think. You can often take the time to stop, aim and shoot and the other guy is probably going to whiff a few shots. Unfortunately the rng is fucked up and you can get run and gunned a lot but in better lobbies there's usually enough time since they need to take the time as well.
practice movement in dms or u can do it in range as well on bots
you just have to stop for a little bit before u shoot
crouching also helps with it(just tapping crouch not starting to crouch spray)

you're probably rushing too much in actual gun fights, that's why you should practice it in range and make sure you don't get movement error.
Also vandal is way better for that imo if you're playing on phantom so you could try changing guns. Anyways I just spam crouch a lot mid gun fights and go left crouch then uncrouch and strafe to the right and tap crouch again and it works well for me. As you get better and practice you'll be more in control with your movement
Also just fast tapping(not bursting) helps with movement a lot since you can quickly adjust after your first bullet got fucked up by movement error. Look at what xeus and purp0 do sometimes, it let's you move mid gun fights and adjust crosshair easily
maybe slamming down the counterstrafe key could help you confirm the shot better, like in your head? or try to play more positions where others have to swing into you?
not much you can do on a laptop... there are other band-aid solutions like leaning into more crouch spraying, could smooth out that first bullet inaccuracy and slow you down faster
Getting an actual keyboard would help no? Way less latency and more responsiveness
just wait and buy an actual PC later on. looking back, i wasted a lot of time playing with a dozen peripherals plugged into my chud laptop
