Also babybay = Rampardos(high atk stat, but requires so much setup and protection that in practice he's useless just like babybay)
Actually that's kind of mean to beedrill, because at least beedrill is good early game since he has higher stats than most other pokemon at that time. So maybe babybay is closer to a shuckle that's pretty useless except under very specific circumstances with a bunch of setup.
