yess lugia show me the rulebook where that's written please . From morning only 2 matches have taken place on HK server this and Mongolia vs JP thats it Mumbai has seen more matches than HK and SG server JP team just has no sportsmanship nothing else and ENC can't be competent enough to make the most basic rule clear .
As much i hate to say it, it's not japans fault it's the management being dead set on 1 and not having a backup server so that a min. Ping diff gives both teams a chance. We saw that across regions. SG is the best second server for asia as hk for Japan , mongols and hk teams
SG for rest.
And to end conflict between two factions best to play on server with least ping diff.
