I mean somewhat, their roster with m0nesy, niko, hunter as the core definitely was. This new g2 roster is like the gatekeeper of t1. They make the playoffs, they can even go deep, but they are never the favourite. They bombed out of the previous 2 majors in top 9-11, but here they went to the playoffs as the 8th seed sending navi home
