Nono you understood it wrong

There are 8 different VRLs, with 8 different winners.

Those 8 winners will play in the promotion tournament alongside the 2 6th spots from VCT EMEA Challenger groups. 10 teams in total and only 2 of them promote for VCT EMEA Challengers 2

In VCT Challenger groups, both 6th places from each group will "demote" to promotion tournament while 4th and 5th places stay in the league no matter what

Top 3*2 will qualify for playoffs. What about 4th and 5th? Can they also qualify for playoffs after a tournament with 6th team?

-1st/2nd/3rd: qualified for VCT playoffs (6 in total)
-4th/5th: they just wait for next VCT to start
-6th: they get relegated to the promotion tournament and have to fight for 2 spots for next VCT alongside VRL winners
