i had to take so many breaks cuz i suck at those kinda games
that's a good shout, i'll be honest idk it's just one of those things where u think you'll be fine until u dive into it i guess
it definitely is a hard game if you don't play souls game a lot.
i was really bad at it, took me like 2 hours to kill the first boss. but it's a beautiful game, there is a something so rewarding for that struggle.

also, there are some mods i think which make the bosses weaker and the game less difficult(I'm not sure tho)
did u play controller or kbm? a lot of ppl say controller so im thinking about investing in one
yea the mods will prob not feel redeeming but i appreciate the shout considering i said i suck. also yea you are right about the relief, you face a challenge for a couple of hours and then finally beat it that must feel good af
your choice man, I used a kbm, but a good controller will help you play other single players too, it's an investment yk

its not particularly difficult, its definitely the easiest game in the fromsoft catalogue mostly due to the open world nature of the game, meaning that you could just grind to get better gear unlike the older, linear titles that are much more dependant on ur skill
I heard that u cant refight bosses? just wanna confirm if that's true cuz it would be nice to whoop their ass when u get stronger
you can't, it's mostly to prevent you from farming the easier bosses and getting a lot of currency (you level up using the game's currency, so it would be VERY op)
but luckily, the game has a LOT of replayability and it actually incentivizes you to restart by starting a new game+, basically a harder version of the base game that goes all the way to new game+7
there are plenty of endings and story quests with different branching paths that require you to play the game again, so you don't have to worry about never being able to fight a certain boss again
do play it but remember you dont really need to die alot to a boss just to learn its patterns and stuff, the game was made to be enjoyed if somethings too difficult explore more, if you do that its the most enjoyable game to learn stuff in
Goated game. You wont regret, Just explore and have fun. Experiment all the stuff.
You can make Elden ring as hard as you want. Run mage build if you are struggling or over level your character if you just wanna hard focus a specific build
