Do you know why?

Why every FPS are played by 5x5? Why not 6x6? 4x4? What's the reason 5x5? Is there any history behind it?

Overwatch isn't 5v5 I think

It's like this so people can count the Players with their Fingers.

if you count COD as fps it's 4v4, Apex Legends is 3v3.
