I'm in low elo hell playing Senti and Controller because I suck ass with Duelist but oh my fucking god ranking up is SO FUCKING HARD.
I need advice, not bullshit, like can someone please be deadass and help me.

Don't know why this is being downvoted. 100 is obviously a joke, but you definitely need to practise aiming and map knowledge to comfortably breeze ELO hell. You will play sentinel/controller to avoid most gunfights you would get as an entry duelist and that's probably because your aim and movement are just not good enough.
Practise the basics and you will probably realise you're not that bad on duelist. You're only a suck-ass duelist if you are behind your whole team, lurking too much or fail to bait frag if you do either of the first two.
Watch pro games and pay attention to how pros play and their pathing
Be very vocal or try and igl the play instead of brainless rushing in gold/plat
Do like a 5min warm up
well said that's what I'd suggest too. these VCT games actually give you insights on plays.
Just to clarify, are you suggesting pro games, or ranked VODs of pro players?
Vct/ewc was also a good one, watching a player like keznit or demon1 you can learn although they're not the best
If you’re stuck in low elo the agent doesn’t matter overly it’s usually your mechanics not being as good as they should. If you just dm and focus on your mechanics you’ll rank up no matter the role you play trust me
where's the problem? is it that you can't play properly or your teammates are straight ahh? because for the teammates situation, you can't do much. you can igl the most and that's about it. maybe bait them. if it's just skill issue, then grind tdm, dm, aimlabs and all that.
lemme tell you, just watching VCT helped me so much. I know about plays, agents and how to properly utilise them, how and why the calls that are being made were made.
as an immortal 3, just play duelist and get good at duelist. Then when you reach the rank you actually want/"deserve" then you can play those other roles

Idk what you struggle with but I used to have a lot of this but I realized that it’s my mental. If I got off to a good start then I’m frying and if I didn’t id get frustrated. I just tried to become indifferent to my stats and now I’m more consistent. If your mental is bad you’ll be inconsistent.
you could lower sens and practice crosshair placement so you arent as reliant on nice flicks. pro players try to make their daily routines as similar as possible but thats a bit extreme for ranked
as a iron 1 6'5 mogger, i will say insta lock jett every game and turn off comms.
Play Chamber probably the strongest ranked agent rn especially for low elo, you can get hella first bloods on defense and bait the fuck out of your team on attack its a win-win
Just chill and stop malding, watch every death and ask yourself what you could've done differently ?
stop focusing so much on winning focus on improving and enjoying the game. trust the process the rank will come naturally over time
