that would be my guess at least, since Lithuania was part of the USSR but lithuanian is still a language so I would imagine there is a certain amount of people in lithuania that at the very least know russian to some degree
many lithuanians speak russian. both boo and miniboo are fluent in russian

pretty much yes, every ex USSR country is the same. Uzbek more likely to know russian rather than kazakh even though they share boarder with kazakhstan but not russia
