Some big takeaways (reminder no Neon nerf included)
The 3 china teams are at the bottom, DRG is far below the rest of the teams.
Pac have the two highest teams as well as the highest average region
TH despite being the winners of Stage 1 are the lowest EMEA team which is indictuve of their subpar performance in groups
Likewise NRG is also pretty low despite their lower bracket run to qualify

I used stats from stage 1 and ewc qualifiers, weighted more heavily in playoffs, acounted for teams they played against (teams got better rating on teams they beat that were also good eg, G2 got more points on beating LEV and NRG than they did beating ENVY and LOUD with Bati) and I also accounted for map differental etc

im assuming winning past tournaments also carries a bias? given china is so low and apac is still high

but since prx, fs and ge will all be better out of a neon meta i reckon this is pretty good for apac nonetheless
