the other two are definitely mutual decisions (the org wanting to make changes + the players seeing it was for the best that they step down) and the org simply allowed them to do that, rather than "kicking them"
exactly, also jack (the ceo not player) talked about in a recent podcast how he often lies about why players get removed to save reputations. its so much more believable than 'oh yeah guys 3 of our players just decided to leave their coveted franchise spots that any val pro would die for'
