I don't think neon will completely die, case in point being that even koshmaras would still pick neon as he's not very bhop heavy anyway

Not if you were mid with shotguns to begin with, if koshmaras does a brawk in London he'll still do relatively fine but he needs to pick up a different agent either way for sure

No fuel recharge off kill but it still passively regenerates. Teams will still play it just not as much, the rest of her kit is still good

i GENUINELY wonder why rito bombed yoru like if his tp is op? reduce to 20 seconds not 15 and dont take his signature ABILITY WHICH IS HIS FLASHES and they took his abilities when he ults i really dont understand and hes a skillfull agent you need time to master him

The main thing they noted is how powerful Yoru was when it comes to being flexible with the rotates on defense specifically so they nerfed the TP sure and THEN nerfed something completely unrelated and unneeded, I still don't get what made them do that
