People talk shit about 100T's management but at least 100T is willing to spend money to get good players... Yes, corey is a good player but they need to use that FTX money and build up a legit team or just disband. TSM always gets tier 2 pros but they never go after the top tier 1 pros except for corey. Eventually you have to pull out the wallet and actually get top tier players instead of just hoping guys like Bang, Leviathan and Rossy will be tier 1 talents that will help your team. Those 3 aren't bad by any means but a top tier org like TSM should be getting top tier players.

wardell is still the best OP NA, and i'll die on that opinion hill. corey was a great signing, considering he can play raze/skye/jett at a moderate-high level. i think he's our first true flex player. subroza tries to flex but struggles on agents other than skye.
but the valorant scene can't grow if good tier 2 players don't get chances on tier 1 teams. that's why i was happy with giving Rossy a chance, same with Levi. and subroza has me conflicted: i love the guy but he must have some mindset issues regarding official matches. which can be fixed, but idk.
I mean yeah of course that's how the scene grows but when they keep on going after these tier 2 guys and it doesn't work, they need to realize that they need to actually be willing to spend money and sign tier 1 talent. The bang signing didn't really make sense role wise, there were better IGLs available when TSM signed Rossy, even tier 2 guys like Zander, and Levi has been a good support player. Levi should be on a tier 1, or high tier 2 team but again, with the Rise guys looking for a new org, it's too good of an opportunity to pass up on.
is it possible to sign 4 players from a team and leave their "star player" unsigned? just to keep wardell. if tsm purchases rise, then i think their entire roster has to be dropped. wardell won't have a problem finding another team. maybe a genuine tier 2 team who isn't too proud to play tier 2 tournaments.
I just don't think Rossy is the IGL they need, he is too young and inexperienced to be leading a team with 3 FPS veterans. They be doing some freestyle shit when they starts panicking so I think getting a veteran proven IGL that can offer them a really good structure and also held them accountable if they start doing some freestyle dumbshit. At this point I would give Big Iron a try, Dazed mention that he plans to play again so I think he would fit that leadership role that this TSM team needs.

which is a good trait for any teammate, but you're the IGL man. you gotta call shit and keep those boys in order, god knows they be throwing rounds left and right for kills/content.

I knew from the beginning Subroza will have big problems in this Team. I don't care how good he really is or was but his mental is completely ruined and he looks really mentally destroyed in his Streams. In other words he looks like he is really really down bad and this won't get better anytime soon. He takes Ranked just too serious and plays only the one and only style he knows.
And the 2 new Players i don't even know their Names will be nothing but useless since they don't have any special talent. NA Ranked scene is full of Players like them and i don't get how they can keep signing Players who have achieved nothing in this Game within 2 Years.
Shot UP and genghsta could be playing for TSM rn and they would look promising but nope, they wanna sign a rossy and a corey lmao.

It doesn’t even look good on paper. The igl is a nobody, Leviathen who? Corey was an average hit scan player in owl. Wardell and Subroza also got lucky valorant comp scene was trash at the begging because Wardell was never tier 1 in any game and Subroza was only occasionally.
