Is Xeppaa better than Oxy?

A lot of people seem to be hating on Xeppaa, but it seems to me that Xeppaa is showing a better duelist than Oxy. So why do people perfer Oxy?

Watching this game its clear Xeppaa is far better on duelist than Oxy and is probably a better player as well.

Oxy also has the lowest rating on Duelist (Xeppaa was amazing the same map)

Oxy Carry = c9 win

Idk if Oxy‘s got a good day, c9 just has way more chances of winning

that game from oxy was also a day before his mother passed away so i can't imagine that he'd play too well with the knowledge that his mother was on her death bed
