Remove the judge from the game

I've had enough of watching this gun, like at this point it feels so boring when it practically gets 1 kill a round even if the other team uses util to clear it out.

Ever since they increased cooldowns on refreshables. I don’t remember it being so judge heavy before

nerf the shotguns

horrible to watch
horrible to play against
phenomenal to play as

they need to kill it.
