How does ENC work?

Like with the teams, how do they work, do the orgs have to agree also, do they get a percentage of prize money or nah

Orgs are part of the selection boards in most cases and have a say in who gets to Coach and pick teams that's it. I don't think it's so much about prize money but more about representing your nation at the biggest stage possible(as of now in Valorant).
