Well its a mini ITX case which will make it get hotter so a liquid cooler would probably be better, but the question is whether the liquid cooler would fit in the case with all the other components.
Yeahh I doubt that too. Tho the noctua air cooler is also big block for that small case
You will definitely play when you will have enough of getting taped by low end pc users and also some story mode games are worth experiencing like RDR2 and The last of us 1 and 2

The valorant will be the worst for your situatiuon because this game asks for time and not just few hours and I am sure in future you will end up with story mode games just like other oldies
Me and couple of my friends we only play valo couple hrs every other day and more hours on weekends. I think we do good in this game being immo 2+ so want to continue only one game that we are pretty decent at.

i have a 7800x3d and a b650 and 32g ddr5 and at least a similar psu, maybe the same fan (i forgot mine)
i have 2 1tb drives instead of a 2tb one and a different case

I would also recommend getting a 9070XT or a 16GB 9060 XT over the 5070 for the extra VRAM, Nvidia cards usually are worse value for money because they are also in the AI and Crypto markets, so they can charge a bit of a premium. An AMD card is good enough for you if you just want to use it for gaming
The SSD is also a bit of a red flag, just double check that its a reputable brand. Its my understanding that there are a lot of shite SSD companies where they can (obvs it might not happen) give out after very little usage time. The person who told me that said that Kingston, Crucial (RIP) and Samsung are the most reliable, with Samsung being the best and most expensive, Kingston being a bit slower but the cheapest, and crucial being in the middle
Also, are you sure you want a mini-itx case? they can be much more difficult than ATX builds, so unless ur experienced or having someone else building it I would maybe think that through a bit more
