Erick "aspas" Santos is a Brazilian professional Valorant player, widely regarded by the community as the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) of the game. Known for his exceptional aim and incredible clutch performances, aspas first rose to international fame with LOUD, where he helped secure the Valorant Champions 2022 title and was awarded Champions MVP. He has also been named VCT Americas MVP multiple times — in fact, he is the only player to ever win the award so far, claiming it in 2023, 2024, and 2025, basically dominating the greatest VCT region since its inception.
In addition, he has won several honors from Riot Games and their VCT competitive system, for example, the recent TenZ Valorant Community Awards, which were voted on by all players and coaches from every region and officially supported by Riot Games. These include VCT Americas MVP, VCT Global MVP, and Duelist of the Year. He was also voted as the MVP of VCT 2024 and MVP of VCT 2025 in the official VCT Player Survey. Furthermore, he was the only Valorant player nominated for Esports PC Player of the Decade at the Esports Awards, sharing the shortlist with legends like Faker and ZywOo.
Renowned for his insane kill records, aspas holds the VCT record for most kills in a single map with 47 kills (against Sentinels in 2024), the overall VCT record for most kills in a BO3 series with 82 kills (against KRÜ in 2025), and the international BO3 record with 80 kills (against NRG at Champions 2025). He also owns the most kills in Champions history and delivered the highest rated performance ever on the biggest stage with a staggering 1.33 rating at Champions 2025. He currently plays for the Brazilian organization MIBR.
