True. All that matters is winning, people don't play the game to be 2nd/3rd/4th or wtv. They play to qualify and win internationals. NS could go on to do nothing other than qualify for champs through points, Santiago is still in their trophy case. Id rather win a trophy and do nothing for the rest of the year than do nothing at all.

I think a big things is yoru has been so good for like a while now, that duelist players, esp rookies, that played yoru used him a lot because of how meta he was. And with only like 1/3 of the agents in the game being usable in pro play rn, their agent pool just became abyssmal

but francis is a god yoru and now that yoru is off the table, he doesn't get as much impact

no one is saying francis can't play other agents, but can he be as dominant with other agents as he was with yoru? is he able to create the same pressure and be as aggressive with other agents?
