vct 2027 partner teams

I haven't understood if the partners teams are gonna be playing quals or if they are directly invited to their regional cup, does anybody know?

they play quals but they are seeded deeper into the brackets

They join open quals at like ro16 or ro32 instead of ro256

they will enter in late rounds of quals

still don't know what or who gets to decide to be let in the open qualifiers when there could be a gajillion teams wanting to join.
