British organisation Rix.GG Rix.GG Inactive have announced that they are parting ways with their Valorant team after losing to B7 Warriors B7 Warriors Inactive in the last qualifier for the First Strike tournament.
Known under the name of Royals Royals Inactive during the beta and at the start of the game, the team quickly became known by earning solid results in many European tournaments before signing at the end of July with the newly created Rix.GG.
While the team continued to put up noteworthy performances, such as in the Ignition Series LVL Clash 2 where they qualified for the playoffs and finished in the top eight, their ability to compete for titles in major events was curbed by an ever-evolving European scene that continued to pump out new talent.
The team lost kpiz and Russ mid-October, and completed their training for First Strike with Luzuh and frei . They qualified for the First Strike Week 1 Play-In but fell in the first round against Prodigy Prodigy Inactive . They once again made it to the play-ins in the second week, but their run in First Strike was ended by B7 Warriors B7 Warriors Inactive .
The five players have therefore announced that they are looking for new teams on Twitter. The organization said it will keep the coach and the current manager, with plans to return to the game in the future.
