CN stage 1 format

I’m a bit confused by how they do their group stages, they only have 3 weeks of games and additional seeding matches compared to the other regions. What is the seeding for?

so there’s games everyday except for on mondays, that’s cool

i wonder when the other regions will play with the waylay changes, i’d assume it’ll be in effect for playoffs from all regions
