If you want the real answer. I couldn’t see the context because thread nuked so wanted to ask mod who did it. By the time they did temp ban ended and some other mod saw that and just cleared out all tickets that have been solved/unneeded. Nothing too insane we get a million tickets a day and I’m notorious for solving tickets and leaving them open

surely that could come across as quite passive-aggressive and unhelpful ?
The reality is we get people putting in tickets asking why they got banned when they just posted a message hating on someone’s race or country or ethnicity. So if I see something related to a potentially transphobic issue I just ask to see if they just don’t understand what they did or they just want hard proof that we know what they said. It’s not a passive aggressive thing or a gotcha moment. We have actual people putting in tickets asking why they got banned and the message I see is “Indians all smell and are scammers”
