So many players shouldn't be in t1 and getting a huge bag for it, so many shit players get wayyy more time than in any other league, and several teams have no idea what their team lacks in terms of agent/roles/personalities
Teams needs to learn from AG who has a complete academy system and struck gold this year with talents
the scouting in china is REALLY bad
like i genuinely want to know who's the manager that took a good look at GREEN's stats in ascension and decided that he should be in tier 1

XyuS has been farming multiple ascensions and regional events for 3 years atp and he hasn't even got a chance to play in T1 lmao

satoshi was decent in ascension, Zhe was clearly way better but it is very insight-y to call that a bad pickup

Have u seen how garbage the teams in NA and EMEA have been? Outside of the top 2-3 teams each split, all the other teams are awful

I was talking about international events, other than EDG and BLG no team has been consistently good

I mean its pretty hard to scout in China, like most players come from lan cafe tournaments and I'm pretty sure most players are discovered or considered through word of mouth rather than through stats and only really get to show themselves during ascension. Also there are a lot of talented players who are underage and can't play like glacier.

i agree but that's also a thing because we don't speak chinese/ aren't in china, they actually have a T2 circuit even tho it seems to be slightly more awkward than ours, but we don't have access to it. There's no way they (the chinese scene) don't know who is good in their own scene, and more importantly there's no way they don't know who's shit on their very own T1 teams
