He'd never have more than one missile available after he uses the first, and it'd bring him in line with the Skye buffs

Flashes and missiles are very different. I think tejo gets a decent amount of playtime already so I feel like there's no need to buff him

Yeah, Skye flashes are better 😭
Granted the rest of her kit is worse but again she'd be recharging flashes as soon as she uses them, whereas Tejo would only recharge one missile if he commits to making a play early on, which is the most engaging way to play him

Like riot explained, they removed the cooldown bc it was too easy to just throw one out for info at round start and have them both back up for retake. The 60s cooldowns now actually make that a big tradeoff
give his cooldown back but take away the ability to put down two missiles at once

Well that tradeoff applies to the other initiators too, which is why riot implemented the 60s cooldown at all
It's just that when one ability is a team heal and the other is the worst drone/dog option, she needs an extra signature cast to compete

That's like the worst of both worlds
The main reason Tejo doesn't have recharges is because it'd be too toxic to consistently have two single-cast missiles up for post plant
But what makes Tejo cool from a tactical perspective is being able to throw two missiles to proactively take space, in much the same way a Kayo/Gekko would throw their C for info except he can do it more flexibly because he doesn't need specific lineups
So that would just negate the latter while making the former a bigger problem
