15 seconds is actually nothing they went to hard it should have been 22 seconds+ flash duration decrease and it would have been ok
Yoru players are vocal and consistently think their agent is bad no matter what. You can literally rewind to any nerf Yoru ever gets and people will claim the agent is dead.
