A neon fix

Make it so the equip time when sliding is 1.5x the normal time for the weapon
Give back the 2 charges of relay bolt
Decrease run time to only 10 seconds (from 16s)
Decrease slide distance to 3.75m(from 7m)
Minimum energy required to activate slide is 10 (from 2)
Decrease stun time to only 1.5s(from 2.5s)

just remove her from the game this shit sucks
