nah, my friend is plat on mumbai servers and he went to usa for 2 months and played on his silver alt, he got that to gold 3 easily
Every region is close enough its just your hidden mmr that is choosing the lobby for you
apac is hard asl but mumbai isnt if ur saying singapore and those servers yeah they are extremely competitive
