Why do you guys think, PRX totally crushed G2 today ???
Was it loosing clutches? or was it macro? bit of both?
I think, The duelists on G2 are inconsistent, Jawg had only one good game against NRG this year, Baby bay plays good when entire team plays well.
How are they always playing good against NRG tho T_T
They have an 80 year old on their team, trent hard tossing and jawgemo cant shoot
Honestly, I think G2 needed this, and it will help them. Some of the mistakes they make in Americas seemed more obvious today and were punished by PRX. Yes, the duelist performance definitely needs improvement, but I definitely feel like the macro was off, there was a few rounds in particular i recall
like the babybay slow into a davai 1v2 clutch
or an eco on split when babybay slowed vents by himself with no teamates near him
i feel like overall the team wasnt playing together and i dont know if that was a problem with their strats being countered or just first game nerves. we know g2 is capable of much more than this and I feel like theyll improve over the tournament and definitely, at least beat EDG; I see them landing in the playoffs personally.
Honestly this is the worst I've ever seen g2 play. But on the brightside they cant play that bad again
