Jake Sin is never going to hold "some teams" accountable. Might as well just seperate the leagues between VCT Korea and VCT Pacific next year when franchising resets. He permanently "tries fixing" the issues and they never actually get done.
I don't think the Korean teams are at fault here. You give me the ability to cheat through life without consequences, I will do it. Everyone will do it. The fault is within the regulating body.
