At this point might as well make storm surge the size of the deadlock gravnet and give him 2 charges. Probably fixes him to actually usable for self.
And give harbor high tide as his main ability and cove as his secondary except it also get 2 charges

Rn the buffs made harbor more playable tbh. Still I'd prefer the old harbor tbh.
Cascade was good.
Idk im picky between storm surge or cascade because both were really good and useful in their own ways.
Mayb (and idk), we bring back old cascade and make it do the nearsight and slow instead.
Or make hightide do instead to ONLY enemies. Because then it allows for pushing using cascade.
Mayb reduce it to 1 charge for balance idk but what do we think
Also 2 coves isnt broken because of the shield feature meaning you have to activate the shield and the cove has to fall before you can send out a second
How are you still upset over this. I understand wanting Vyse to get buffs too but how come you hate Harbor (who has been shit for YEARS) for getting well-deserved buffs. Let the indian enter the limelight for a season goddamn.
